Play Ball. Skip the Pressure.
Middle Georgia's biggest winter league brings 55+ teams inside every season — six divisions, real competition, and zero pressure to win. Just soccer, the way kids fall in love with it.
Winter Doesn't Have To Be a Break From the Game
Outdoor season ends, but the love for the game shouldn't. SportsTowne moves indoors so players keep growing — without turning a rec league into a pressure cooker.
No Pressure, Just Play
We built this league on one idea: let kids play in a fun, safe environment without the pressure of "winning." That focus hasn't changed since 2003.
Real Reps, Different Game
Fast 6v6 and 7v7 formats, running clock, unlimited subs — indoor soccer sharpens the touches and decision-making that outdoor season doesn't always demand.
Trusted By 55+ Teams a Year
Club, school, and rec teams across middle Georgia fill this league every season — coached, refereed, and directed by people who know your kids' names.
Six Divisions. One Simple Format.
Teams are grouped by age and, where possible, by skill level. Age cutoff is December 31st — if a player turns 12 in January, they're still eligible to finish the season 11 & Under.
| Division | Age Cutoff | Format | Half Length |
|---|---|---|---|
| 11 & Under Coed | 11 or under by Dec 31 | 7v7 (6 field + GK) | 20 min halves |
| 13 & Under Boys & Girls | 13 or under by Dec 31 | 6v6 (5 field + GK) | 22 min halves |
| 15 & Under Boys & Girls | 15 or under by Dec 31 | 6v6 (5 field + GK) | 22 min halves |
| High School Boys & Girls | High school age | 6v6 (5 field + GK) | 22 min halves |

Run By Someone Who's Been In It Since 2003
"My focus has always been giving kids a fun environment to grow their game — in a different way, without the pressure of winning."
Iain Jones has run the youth indoor league at SportsTowne since 2003. What started as a way to keep players sharp through the winter has grown into middle Georgia's largest indoor league, drawing more than 55 teams every season.
Outside of SportsTowne, Iain is currently the Director of Boys Soccer at Stratford Academy, a role he's held since 2019. Before that, he directed the soccer program at Mount de Sales Academy from 2005 to 2019 — two decades building programs and players across the local soccer community.
